| Help on Colors |

The color controls work in the same way as the controls
used for color maps. However, each color has a specific
use. Where two colors are specified then the panel feature
is colored using a mix of the two. Mix Affects The Mix Affects check box simply specifies that the variation used to control the color of the panels or the smears is used to vary any affects that are applied. The Alpha preview option can be used to see the affect that this might have. Pass On Mix Information about the Pass On Mix check box can be found in the Materials Map section. Details of the noise controls can be found in the Noise Controls section. |
| Help on Affects |
| With the panels texture the surface attributes can be controlled by any or all of the combination of the texture's features. By checking a particular feature then this is used to affect any of the attributes enabled above. To see how this will look you can view the alpha channel by checking the Alpha button next to the preview window. For information about how the actual affect controls work check out the Affects section. The important thing to remember is that the alpha map is created by enabling the various panel features to be included. |
| Help on Panels and Smear. |
| The panels may have rust and dirt applied around their edges. Each panel can be disturbed so that it creates a non-uniform tile pattern. The smears are streaks of dirt the run from the top of each panel. For information about the controls on the panels and smear page click on the Help Panels and Help Smear buttons respectively. |
| Help on Rivets |
| The rivets are small round rivets that can be applied in different patterns to each panel. Each rivet can also have a small ring of rust round it or a slot cut in it so that it looks like a screw. For information about the controls on the rivets page click on the help rivets button. |
| Help on Peel |
| The peel changes the edges of the panels allowing a noisy pattern to create peeled or worn effects. For information about the controls on the peel page click on the help peel button. It is important to note that the Panel Rust color is used to color the peel edges. |
